The item was just so as described and so far it shows no cryptogram of grind.(They're metal hooks. Actually, what may possibly go ill-treat?)

These hooks are too flimsy and don't actually hold anything. My granddaughter who is 4 likes to play with them and uses them when she plays with my small oven mitts.

Purchased these to use for hanging small stained schooner items in daughter's front windows. Large and medium sizes worked well for hanging from existing sheer curtain rods. Quality of manufacture seems fine. Handy to have some around.

I have wire shelving in my master bath for linen storage space. These hooks now allow me to hang my clothes up that I will wear again the next day as I remove your clothes in there and I can hang belts and many other things under these high shelves. These are very nice hooks and work for me. I haven't used the real small 'S' hooks but I will. I am thinking of using them to hang my hot pot holder pads out in the kitchen on the wire shelves I have out there.
